The post commonly known as IBPS RRB Clerk is officially called Office Assistant (Multipurpose) and is recruited as a Group “B” post through the IBPS Common Recruitment Process for Regional Rural Banks. As of 12 September 2026, the Dearness Allowance applicable under the current banking wage structure for August, September and October 2026 is 27.83%. Thereafter, one increment of ₹4,400 raises the basic pay to ₹61,800, followed by an increment of ₹2,680 to reach the maximum basic pay of ₹64,480.
